Brief Introduction:

Reverse osmosis is a membrane separation technology developed in the 1980s, which mainly use the semipermeable membrane principle, applying pressure to the concentrated solution in an osmosis process, thereby disrupting the natural osmotic flow. As a result, water starts flowing from the more concentrated to the less concentrated solution. RO is suitable for high salinity areas of raw water and effectively remove all kinds of salts and impurities in water.

RO water inlet, 1 RO water outlet, 2 RO water outlet and EDI water outlet are equipped with temperature, conductivity and flow, which can monitor all production data in real time.

The water inlet of the raw water pump, the primary high-pressure pump and the secondary high-pressure pump are provided with protective measures to prevent anhydrous idling.

High pressure protection is set at the water outlet of the primary high-pressure pump and the secondary high-pressure pump.

EDI concentrated water discharge has low flow protection switch.

Raw water, 1 RO water production, 2 RO water production and EDI water production all have on-line conductivity detection, which can detect the water production conductivity in real time. When the water production conductivity is unqualified, it will not enter the next unit.

NaOH dosing device is set in front of RO to improve the pH value of water, so that CO2 can be converted into HCO3- and CO32- and then it was removed by RO membrane. (7.5-8.5)

TOC reserved port is set at EDI water production side.

The system is separately equipped with RO/EDI online automatic cleaning system.
