A modern pharmaceutical plant in USA completely built by a Chinese company–Shanghai IVEN Pharmatech Engineering, it’s the first one and a milestone in China pharmaceutical engineering industry.

IVEN designed and built this modern factory with the latest high technology, the clean room, the production machinery, the laboratory equipment, and all the utilities  are in strict compliance with US FDA cGMP standard. The project also meet USP43, ISPE, ASME BPE, and other related US standard and requirement, it validated through the GAMP5 quality management system.

The IV bag filling line adopts automatic printing, bag forming, filling and sealing. After that, the automatic terminal sterilization system realizes the IV bags auto loading and unloading by robots to the sterilizing trays, and the trays automatically move in and out from the autoclave. Then, the sterilized IV bags are inspected by auto high-voltage leak detection machine and auto visual inspection machine, to check both the leakage, the particles inside and defects of bag with a reliable way.

The fully automatic end packaging line integrating from flow wrapping of IV bags, shipping box unfolding, packing by robot, insertion of certificate and instruction manual, online weighing and rejection, shipping box sealing, printing with camera inspection, until auto palletizing, and over wrapping of pallets. 

From the water treatment to solution preparation to the final product, the whole production process achieves high automation which greatly reduce the labor cost, reduce the contamination risk, and increase the production efficiency and better quality.
