In the middle of February 2023, new news came from overseas again. IVEN’s turnkey project in Vietnam has been in trial operation for a period of time, and during the operation period, our products, technology, service and after-sales service have been well received by local customers.

Today Michelle, our project manager in Vietnam, sent us good news that our European client is interested in the turnkey project. Mr. Chen Yun, Chairman of Avon, also attaches great importance to our client and flew to Vietnam from Shanghai in advance to meet our client together with Michelle, our project manager.

On the day of February 17, we welcomed our customers from Europe. Led by Michelle, they went to the turnkey factory of Vietnam project and visited together our speciality of IVEN, the turnkey I.V. project. During the visit, our foreign-based IVEN engineers carefully answered all the questions of our customers and expanded on their questions, so that our customers could better understand the I.V. turnkey project.
At the factory, IVEN showed the customers.

1. The whole manufacturing process in the factory: from production to testing and then to final completion.
2. The whole project is operated by robots, which realizes the automation and intelligence of the production process.
3、All products of different specifications are “standardized production” and can be adjusted according to customers’ own needs.
4. The products are quality tested before packing to kick out incomplete products and ensure top quality.
5、Remote intelligent monitoring: through the Internet technology to achieve remote monitoring and equipment operation and maintenance, so that you can master the condition of the machine at any time and anywhere.
6、On-site training: IVEN will carry out training for employees in every position in the factory, hand to hand and face to face, to speed up their operation of the equipment.
7、Provide 7*24 hours after-sales service guarantee mechanism: set up customer service centers at home and abroad to provide customers with fast and convenient service and better using experience! Customers can contact with IVEN directly through the Internet and get after-sales service support.

After the visit, the client was very interested in our turnkey and had a discussion with us. Our Mr. Chen and Michelle together introduced our company and IVEN’s turnkey project to the client in detail. After another 2 hours long conversation, both parties reached a consensus on the follow-up intention to cooperate.
