Recently, IVEN welcomed a group of customers from Africa, who are very interested in our production line FAT test (Factory Acceptance Test) and hope to understand our product quality and technical level through on-site visit.

IVEN attaches great importance to the customers’ visit and arranged a special reception and itinerary in advance, booked a hotel for the customers and picked them up at the airport on time. In the car, our salesman had a friendly communication with the customer, introducing the development history and main products of IVEN, as well as the scenery and culture of the city of Shanghai.

After arriving at the factory, our technical staff led the customer to visit the workshop, warehouse, laboratory and other departments, explained in detail the process and standard of production line FAT test, and showed our advanced equipment and management level. The customer expressed high appreciation for our production line FAT test and thought our product quality and technical level reached the international first-class level, which greatly increased their confidence in our cooperation.

After the visit, IVEN had a friendly negotiation with the customer and reached a preliminary intention on the price, quantity and delivery time of the products. After that, IVEN arranged the customer to dine in a clean and comfortable restaurant, and prepared some Chinese specialties and fruits for the customer, which made the customer feel the hospitality of Chinese people.
