Working Station Description
Needle holder feeding
Handle the needle holder by the vibrator, then enter the slide way and put it on the tooling strip.
Needle loading
Loading the needle on the needle thimble method, the needle is lifted up to the needle seat by scraping the needle seat mold and then it is dropped to the needle seat, after loading the needle, turn the direction and enter the gluing station.

Gluing
Gluing is driven by a Japanese Panasonic servo motor, and two linear guides are added to drive the glue tray to dispense glue. The glue tray box adopts German Lenuz to automatically detect whether the glue tray box has glue or not, and if there is no glue machine stops automatically, and the alarm is displayed on the touch screen.
Drying
The drying tunnel is to dry the glue, the drying box is heated by glass tube stainless steel heating wire, with the current display gauge, the temperature controller controls the temperature to reach the degree. Enter the image detection after drying out.
Detection of pinhole clogging
To check whether the needle is blocked or not. It is a method of blowing air. It is judged whether the needle is blocked by air or not. The sensor detects one-to-one and is equipped with a barometer. When the air pressure is not up to standard, it will automatically Shrink and remove the plugged needle from the main line. Turn direction at the next station.
Detection of needle burrs
Here station can equip with CCD detection for needle burrs. When unqualified products are detected, they will be removed from the shaving area, and then enter the leak detection. (The needle tip height tolerance is within 0.3, and the burr of 0.05 * 0.05 can be detected)
Siliconization
Double helix with silicone oil, rotating 180 degrees, there is a blowing device inside the needle tube when oiling, the silicone oil is oiled from the bottom to the top, with a barometer, it can automatically filter and pump when the pressure is not up to the standard. The gas oil is pneumatically pumped to avoid the power source and cause a fire. After finish siliconization, will go to next waste rejection station.
Waste removal
Rejecting waste station is a comprehensive waste product removal by CCD imaging and leak detection.
Long-needle protecting cover Loading
It adopts the slide way to load needle protecting cover, the material is stainless steel 304, Autonics detection device, whether there is a sheath and then transfers to the slide way for stirring, the front row of the sheath only has cylinders one to one, electromagnetic The valve is individually controlled. After the sheath is tested, whether the needle is missing, the sheath is not removed if the needle is missing, so as to ensure the waste of the cover and the qualified rate of the loading.
Cover pressing
Under the pressing protection cover, there is a position to center the protection cover to ensure that the needle penetrates the cover. After being pressed, it will be sent out into the finished product blanking
Needle reversal
Rotary needle are uniformly clamped and translated by a manipulator, and then rotated 180 degrees after siliconization, and added to a fixture
Soft protecting cover loading
The rubber cover adopts a slide way. The rubber cover passes quickly and falls into the slideway. The sheath falls on the needle tip through the processed parts. The front row of the sheath is controlled one to one. If there is a shortage of products, the sheath will not be installed. Ensure the waste of the sheath and the pass rate of the upper sheath.
Soft Cover pressing
The rubber cover clamps the rubber sleeve uniformly and presses it down, pressing the rubber cover down
Short-needle protecting cover Loading
It adopts the slide way also, the material is stainless steel 304, and Autonics sensor detection. Whether there is a jacket and then transfer it to the slideway for stirring. The front row of the jacket only has cylinders one to one. The solenoid valve is individually controlled. After the cover is tested, whether the needle is missing, the cover is not removed if the needle is missing, to ensure the waste of the cover and the pass rate of the cover loading.
Short-needle cover pressing
The cover clamps the short needle cover uniformly and presses it down, pressing the cover down
Finished product
After the finished product outputting, turn to the feeding needle seat station, and the whole cycle is completed.
